Notifications and Alerts
Open Notifications from the bell icon in Dashboard, Screen Time, Location, or Menu.
Main Tabs
The notification center has two main tabs:
- Alerts
- Requests
Inside Requests, there are sub-tabs:
- Pending
- Approved
- Denied
Alert Types You Can Receive
- SOS alerts
- Geofence entry/exit alerts
- Time request notifications
- System/general notifications
Handle Time Requests
For pending requests, parents can:
- approve directly on the notification card
- deny directly on the notification card
- open detail screen for advanced approval
In the detail screen, you can approve with preset or custom minutes.
SOS Detail Action
On SOS cards, tap Details to jump to Location with SOS coordinates.
Read State and Badge Count
- Opening/interacting with cards marks items as read.
- Unread badge count is synced with notification state.
